What a great trip i had on your site. I used to do yoga years back but now have given up entirely.Lately i have been having the urge to restart so i got on the net for some ‘inspiration’ and found your fantastic site! BTW, are there any exercises/special food for ridiculously stiff 40 yr olds? Even when i used to do yoga almost everyday i could not manage touching my toes w/o bending my knees…:(

I am in a 265 hour yoga certification and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years.I am currently doing a paper on yoga activism and cannot wait to see your documentary! any suggestions on yoga as activism resources…I have checked out yoga activist.org and some other such sites…looking to checkout yoga activism effecting low-income , homeless urban youth and prison populations
